Final Fantasy XI is an extraordinary multiplayer game; there is no single character around which the story evolves. Therefore, each individual who plays the game affects the plot of the game. To enhance the uniqueness each player, the FFXI boasts a variety of avatars, so that players can choose their faces and physique when they start their stints in the game. Same goes for all the races, so select how you want to look and enjoy the life of Vana'diel!
The job of a FFXI Summoner provides players the ability to summon 'pets' which aid him in fighting the enemy. These summons are popularly referred to as Final Fantasy XI Avatars. These FFXI Avatars have to be defeated in battle before the Summoner acquires the ability to call upon them in the time of need. The only Avatar you get, without having to fight for it, is Carbuncle. It costs 5 MP to summon. While the rest of that Avatars are on a higher level, both with their fighting abilities and their required MP for summoning. They cost 7 MP each.
The Avatars available in Final Fantasy XI are;
The real tough part of being a Summoner is to obtain the Final Fantasy XI Avatars. These Summons are no pushovers, to beat them you have to have a definite plan of action. At the lower levels (level 20 fights) you are required to battle it out one on one with the Avatar. This is a big ask in itself but you can get all Avatars, except for Fenrir, this way. The idea is to prepare well, do some homework. Some food to restore HP, rings to assist your fight and a good armor, all aid in making you fully prepared for the fight.
The Prime Fights are those where you get the to fight the tougher versions of the FFXI Avatars. You can do this through fighting in parties. The trick is to have just the right combination in the party. A Bard and a White Mage as companions is great for fights such as these. But it can all go in vain if your party doesn't combine well, so work out a plan before you jump into the action. As for fighting the big boss of FFXI Avatars, Fenrir, Best of luck!
